[Video] Watch how white South Africans chased away anti-immigration protesters with gunfire

South Africa is being condemned by almost every other country on the African continent over the ongoing xenophobic attacks against other African nationals living in the country.

Some South Africans have themselves condemned fellow citizens who are either leading protests against African migrants, where these attacks have been witnessed, or participating in them.

A recent video shared by Legit News Africa, a Liberian-based online news portal, showed a group of white South Africans taking matters into their own hands to ensure that the anti-immigration protest did not enter their community.

As the protesters, who were mostly black, approached the community amid "Zulu" chants, the white South Africans, who had blocked the road with several vehicles, warned them not to come any closer.

After realising that the anti-immigration protesters were not stopping, the white South Africans started opening fire.

As soon as the gunfire erupted, the protesters took to their heels, running for their lives.

The video appeared to show the white South Africans advancing towards the protesters while firing shots in their direction.
